Growing up I always wanted to be a great breakdancer, but after multiple injuries I began to focus on just music. After years of following the turntablism and battle scene, I was eager to show people my style of trickmixing. Once I was finally equipped with decent decks and a mixer, I instantly began creating battle routines and learning different scratch techniques. My main influences were Total Eclipse, Dj Babu, Dj Craze and Dj A-trak. After attending “How Sweet it is” in High School, I started to take electronic music more serious. I began playing college events at Long Beach and UCLA, which convinced me I wanted a career in Djing. It was strictly a hobby to me growing up, so I never thought I would be Djing for parties or Clubs. Now my favorite part of Djing is making people dance and smile.
